After an exhilarating five days taking in the tastes, smells,
sounds, and sights from the city of Edinburgh in the east to fishing villages
and rugged coast lines in the west, we will slow down on Iona, sacred from the
time of the ancient druids for four days before we find our way to Glasgow and depart. On
retreat, we will deepen our exploration of Celtic spirituality and the gifts it
offers.
Find what you need on this tour of Scotland with plenty of free-time,
walks, silence, solitude, community, and opportunities to optimize your
experience through writing and craft. Members of the group will be encouraged
to feel the freedom to join community offerings or benefit from solitude as
they desire on Iona. Our hope is that your connection to creation, your heritage, and your sense of Self and the Sacred expand and transform in the fresh winds of Scotland.
